• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
• Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.Already Shipped?

1. Already Shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, you may wait for it to arrive and then request a return.

2. How to Cancel 

To cancel your order, email us at support@lyftrs.com with 

• Your Order ID
• Reason for cancellation

We'll confirm your cancellation within 24 hours if it's within the allowed window.

3. Refunds

If your order is successfully cancelled:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
