Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • No returns on worn, damaged (unless defective), or final sale items.
  • There are no returns on accessories like yoga mats, support belts, and socks.

Process:

  • Email - support@lyftrs.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product images.
  • Pack items securely with original tags.
  • Our shipping partners will arrange pickup.
  • For exchanges, replacement ships after the original item is received.

Refunds:

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • COD orders are refunded as a store credit or bank transfer.
  • Exchanges ship within 2 business days of receiving the original item.

Fees:

  • Free returns for defective or incorrect items.
  • A return shipping fee may apply to other returns.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders:

  • Contact - support@lyftrs.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and product images.
